Jon B. Orndorff

Jon Orndorff has trial experience in West Virginia, California, New York, and Kentucky. He also has briefed and argued appellate issues before the United States Supreme Court, West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, Ohio Supreme Court, Ohio Court of Appeals, and the California Court of Appeals.

Throughout his legal career, Jon has developed an extensive trial and appellate practice in the areas of Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Construction Law, Medical Malpractice, Automobile and Trucking Litigation, Medical Device and Drug Litigation, Employment Law, and general Insurance Defense. He serves as national coordinating counsel for a corporate client defending tens of thousands of asbestos lawsuits across the country. Jon also represents product manufacturers, premises owners, and employers in toxic tort litigation.

Jon is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and the West Virginia University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia (1998) and Kentucky (1999), as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He is an Active member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, DRI, and IADC.
